How to Apply?
Our representative will take the student to a clinic to attend the medical screening, and after then open a bank account for the student.
8) Complete Medical Screening
Our representative will provide the student an introductory course around Malaysia, Universities and essential places.
9) Kuala Lumpur Introductory
It is the final stage before starting his course; where the student is subject to English test to determine his language level. (In case he does not have TOEFL or IELTS).
10) Registration Completion
1) Request an appointment
The student request an appointment by visiting one of our branches, by phone or email; and one of our representatives will arrange the time and place for the appointment.
Discussing with the student about his educational tendencies financial ability by providing the best university course allocated matching with his desire.
2) Educational Counseling

Photocopy of valid international passport - all pages

Most recent passport sized blue colored photograph (8 copies)

Certified copies of all relevant examination results and academic certificates (preferably with copies translated in English if documents are in another language)
3) Preparing Required Documents
submitting the application to the university selected, the University sends to the student an offer letter includes the details of the course, such as; intake date, tuitions, and a variety of other fees, if any. Accordingly the student arranges to pay the initial payments.
4) University Offer Letter
When the student accept the offer and arrange the initial payment, our representative will apply for the educational VISA through Passport and Immigration Department. It takes around 4 weeks to issue.
5) Student Pass (VISA) Approval
Before leaving his/her country for Malaysia, the student informs our officer of his/her port of entry (airport), flight number, arrival date and time.
6) Pre-Departure Arrangement
Upon arrival at the airport in Malaysia, the representative receives the student at the immigration check-point. (The student can’t do the Immigration clearance by himself); that’s why he has to inform our offices about the date and time of arrival.
7) Kuala Lumpur Arrival

2) English Certificate:
If the student doesn’t have TOEFL, his university will ask him to enter an English language course within the university and usually this session for one semester or two.
